DREW ANTHONY HALLOW Male • Taken • Vampire Even in his human days any kind of despair was hidden inside him. But after his death, any tears were out of the question. Drew liked to appear as strong as steal, and as if he could stray away from any kind of bullet. But Ravenna took the beast from his heart, and made him soft. He stood alone, in a thick forest with only the trees surrounding him. His back against a tree and his fingers buried deep into the soil of the earth. Though he didn’t wish anyone to see him in this kind of way, his eyes still drenched with tears. He quickly brought his sleeve up to his face, wiping his eyes from the damp tears which streamed from his dark orbs. “Keep yourself together, Drew” He mumbled as his tears were dried from his cheeks. All sorrow and despair had quickly shifted into pure anger. His eyes shifted as he pondered the thoughts that Scarlet shoved into his head. Could Ravenna really have just used him as a guinea pig to see if he could be changed into a better vampire? He knew that he never had been the most careful vampire seeing as he nearly exposes himself to the world everywhere he goes. And he knew that he was weak compared to other vampires, but he couldn’t help but wonder why she would send Raven to change him. Why wouldn’t Scarlet have just done it herself? He knew it couldn’t have been true, he knew it was a lie. Scarlet was known to abuse and manipulate her powers and it was that very trait which Drew despised. From the day he met Scarlet, they had been at each others throats. But Drew chose not to fight back unless he had a final death wish. Drew wondered why Scarlet just wouldn’t have killed him? Drew was no help to her nor any of the vampires. He liked to be alone, and taken away from the rest of the world. She could easily just kill him and replace him with any other human in the world. So, why let him stick around if he was that much of a hassle.
A sigh escaped Drew’s lips before he looked up. His mind was set on just going home and leaving these grounds. But as he looked up a familiar face stood in front of him. Raven stood there beginning to speak, but his mind had been in complete shock. Her words seemed to be blanked out for a moment as his eyes widened. “Wait,” He began. “What is going on?” He asked. Ravenna was out of breath, panting and looking Drew in the eye. how great it gelt to see him again, but that was beside the point. She needed to get him out of here. "Scarlet." That one word always explained everything, didn't it? She always found a way to somehow screw everything up, the stupid vampire. Ravenna hated her, with a burning passion. Feeling the need to explain herself a bit more, she continued. "Forced me to leave you, I think she's a sadist, let's run." Her words were scattered and confusing, because she didn't have the heart to make proper sentences anymore. Regaining herself, Ravenna took a breath. "Just don't try to kill her- because the opposite will happen."
"And I'm trying to keep you alive, because that's why I ran." Ravenna looked down. "She said she'd kill you and make me watch, if I didn't. What the hell was I supposed to do?! Drew, I think we ought to move to Argentina. Or Norway. Or Nunavut. I don't know. We just have to get the heck out of here before she kills you, or me. It'll be painful, believe me. The sadistic corpse just loves to-" Ravenna looked up at Drew, cutting her sentences short. Realizing that she was rambling, she decided to let Drew actually talk for a change. Noticing his eyes were wet for the first time, she swallowed. Ravenna couldn't barelt believe that he had been crying. Then again, Drew was a fragile person on the inside. She knew that by now, but that side of him hardly ever showed this much.
Without warning, Ravenna's own eyes started to water, and soon she was sobbing into her hands .She hardly ever cried, but she felt so unstable that she just had to. Ravenna hated crying, and all the grief that had built up within her seemed to explode. If Drew died because of her mistakes, she would just kill herself. If only Ravenna had never met him. He would be safer, even if she couldn't live without him. At least he would be somewhat alive, undead. Happy, perhaps. But not with her. She was just disastrous to be with.

DREW ANTHONY HALLOW Male • Taken • Vampire Tightly, Drew bit of his bottom lip as Raven began to explain herself. His clenching teeth on his lower lip tightened as she mentioned the name Scarlet. He never really liked Scarlet but got along with her for the fact that Raven wanted him to. Raven mentioned that Scarlet was probably a sadist and that he shouldn’t run after her to try and kill her or the opposite would happen. He couldn’t help himself, he was so happy that Ravenna had come back to get him because if she waited the night he probably would have went after her and got himself killed. But in the same sense, he still felt it was his need to kill her. But he let her continue on with her explanation. She had to run from him in order to keep him alive. She was going to torture him in front of Raven. That just caused Drew’s blood to boil. He noticed his hands had been clenching in the dirt for some time and he released them. Raven stopped for a moment allowing Drew to add in anything. But he knew it was going to be a ramble of sentences much like hers. “You think she’s a sadist? Yeah, well I’m going to be one to as I personally rip her heart from her chest. I mean, babe.. I’m getting stronger by the day. I feel like I’ve always been a fast progressing vampire. Give me a bit and we can kill the bitch and end our running. Wouldn’t you like to live in a world that’s just ours? Instead of running from some deranged vampire who has mental problems?” He asked keeping his eyes glued on her without blinking a single time.
He exhaled deeply allowing much of his anger to exit along with it. “Back there, Scarlet caught me leaving the church to run for you. Why didn’t she kill me right there? She had the chance and she fled. And she said some things-” Drew began, looking down at his dirtied up suit. The pause happened for a moment before he built up the courage to ask. He knew it couldn’t be true, but he had to assure it with himself before he could carry on. “She said you used me to make a better vampire. Because I used to be so angry that I lashed out on people and pretty much exposed myself to an entire city. But, she said you didn’t actually love me. And I cant help myself but I believed her for a moment. She has a way of twisting words until you believe them. Is any of it true? Or am I just being stupid and falling for her nasty tricks?” He asked before looking up at her slowly.
Before you knew it Raven had began to sob into her hands. Without a warning, Drew’s arms wrapped around her and dragged her into his lap. It was weird seeing Raven cry because she hadn’t been the crying type. But then again, Drew wasn’t either. Since his transformation and his human life was stolen from him he always thought that it was a bad thing. He always thought that he was turned into a monster. But in the same sense, maybe it was all meant to be. Without the transformation he would have never found his one, true soul mate. And for that, he was grateful. Drew Held raven as close as possible and grabbed her hand. “I just want you to know that Scarlet didn’t have to completely mess up today.” He spoke with a slight chuckle in his voice. He slid her wedding ring, which he snagged before exiting the church on her finger and smiled. “Because I love you. I could have went completely more cheesy, but I think simplicity is perfect. An eternity together, Ravenna.” He spoke smiling at her. His left eyebrow raised before he completed his next sentence. “You may now… kiss the bride?” He asked himself before letting out a laugh, He loved that he could be goofy around Raven and not have himself judged by her. It was just one of those things that made her the perfect girl that he could ever ask for. OUTFIT: Click Here COMMENTS:

“You think she’s a sadist? Yeah, well I’m going to be one to as I personally rip her heart from her chest. I mean, babe.. I’m getting stronger by the day. I feel like I’ve always been a fast progressing vampire. Give me a bit and we can kill the bitch and end our running. Wouldn’t you like to live in a world that’s just ours? Instead of running from some deranged vampire who has mental problems?” His gaze was intense, and she almost didn't answer. "Drew, maybe one day. But definitely not now. She's too powerful." She would not let him get himself killed. "Besides- She has allies." Powerful allies, at that. Vampires, witches... Every creature you could think of. They couldn't kill her alone without getting themselves killed. Drew exhaled, and started to speak again.
“Back there, Scarlet caught me leaving the church to run for you. Why didn’t she kill me right there? She had the chance and she fled. And she said some things-” He trailed off, almost seeming afraid to ask something. Ravenna felt outraged. What had Scarlet told him? A moment later, she got her answer and felt shock come over her.
Ravenna felt comforted as he pulled her into his arms. "No. It wasn't true, none of it. It could never be," she said softly, processing the information. Thinking back to the day she met him, she realized that there hadn't been anything like that in mind. She just remembered her irritation with his constant, reckless feedings and emotional outbursts. They hadn't exactly liked each other at first sight, but there had always been that mutual attraction. Those days had been quite crazy, really. They were always at each other's throats, especially Ravenna.
Drew's expression turned soft as she started to cry, and he pulled her close. She had no idea what he was going to say next, but anticipated it. He always made everything right, somehow. Even in her stained wedding dress, he could cheer her up. “I just want you to know that Scarlet didn’t have to completely mess up today.” Slightly curious, she looked up at him. There was hint of laughter in his voice, and she felt him slide her wedding ring on. Ravenna was smiling now, unaware that Drew could be simplistic. She could have just eloped five months ago, but was unsure of what Drew's reaction would be.
“Because I love you. I could have went completely more cheesy, but I think simplicity is perfect. An eternity together, Ravenna.” Drew raised his eyebrow. “You may now… kiss the bride?” He laughed and Ravenna wiped away her tears. With a smirk, she said, "I do," and kissed him herself. The moment couldn't be more perfect, even if an angry vampire was chasing after them. When the kiss ended, she smiled mischievously. "Oh yes, what do you think of Argentina?" Ravenna Hallow smiled.

DREW ANTHONY HALLOW Male • Taken • Vampire A dreadfully heavy weight was lifted off his shoulders as her positive words registered into his head. Nothing she had said was true and it was all a lie. Deep down he knew that Scarlets words could never be true but he needed closure. He needed to know that Everything was going to be okay. And everything would be okay as long as he lived in comfort with Raven. It was all he ever wanted and all he would ever need. He felt her sobs as he held her close and he couldn’t help but just to hug her tighter against him. Holding Raven in his arms felt perfect, and like he never wanted the moment to end. Upon first meeting he knew there was something about Raven that he couldn’t let go. Her personality held an essence of good that he was immediately attracted to. But that didn’t change the fact that they were exactly and utterly opposite. Drew was same old Drew, but enjoyed to hunt far too much. The main thought of his mind was always blood. He was young when they met, a young blood-thirsty vampire. Some could say every vampire goes through the reckless, hungry stage. Drew had never asked Raven if she was the same. He wondered if there really was a killer buried deep inside of her. She was kind hearted and kept her human side which he admired the most. And it wasn’t until the last moment of their friendship when she was prepared to leave did he tell her he could change. From that point on it was like teaching a toddler new rules. She would find him in a room, clenching on a human and prepared to bite into the flesh. But with a quick scolding and maybe even a slight temper tantrum, he would let them go. He was the troublemaker too, looking for a hunt in a highly publicized place. Buying a new bed? Oh look, we cant due to the fact the employee had “mysteriously” died while Raven wasn’t looking. Yes, they were a very odd young couple but it turned out for the better. He learnt to focus his anger on other things and look at the good in life. Sure, his human life was taken away from him at such a young age and he was forced to abandon his family, but he had time to get over that time and build himself a new future. If only vampires were able to have children, then his future would be complete.
She agreed to marry him and e smiled brightly at her as she bent in to kiss him herself. Drew let the kiss drag on for a while enjoying every moment of it. He was now a married man, finally something in this world he hadn’t ever done. “Maybe Argentina could make for a lovely honeymoon spot?” He said, shrugging his shoulders. “But until we have a plan and train ourselves up for a vicious flight, we will run for our lives. I don’t care how long it takes, we will run until we are ready. Maybe even make our own army to fight on our side.” He said jokingly. But actually it wasn’t such a bad idea. As long as they could befriend as many as possible, they might have a little back up. It was going to be one hell of a battle by the time it came. “When we get to Argentina, I think a couple drinks sounds like a lovely idea. All this Scarlet stuff got me way too stressed out.” He ended.
