Since the beginning of time the supernatural world preserved their secrets to avoid being hunted down by man. But in modern day that is beginning to change. The secret is becoming more and more well known by society and distributed around on the local newspaper. All of the legends are being tweaked and becoming more and more true by the day. In a way to deal with the new way of living, each of the species has a different way of thinking to be able to survive in the world.
Some choose an Arcanist way of thought. They choose to keep the secret preserved and hidden from humans at all costs. They wouldn’t think twice about slashing a humans throat who knew the true secrets.
Others think in a Serenist approach. They figure that with all the humans figuring it out, they might as well work with the humans and allow them to embrace the magic. They don’t mind that the secrets are out.
And some are just Insient. These don’t care about either of the sides. They don’t really have a side because they don’t care whether the humans find out anything or not.
With the three kinds of thought, the different species group together in clans/groups to figure out their different approaches. But with the one group expressing themselves to the humans, and the others killing all the humans who know.. The problems will never be resolved.
