Scarlet eyed the room full of recruits. "So. Not only vampires came." She saw many species assembled before her, even spotted a few werewolves. No doubt that up their sleeves were wooden stakes. No matter. She wasn't threatened. "The secret has been kept for many centuries. Do any of you want that to change?' Her eyes swept the room. This felt like a business meeting to her. Boring, but very much important.
"Humans are slowly finding out, thanks to Serenism. Think about it, all of you. If the secret gets out, vampires will die." The werewolves cried in delight. "Now, it's not just us. Witches, elementals, perhaps even sirens... They'll be hunted. Burned. The humans can kill us, believe it or not. Someday, only they and the dragons will be left. They refuse to help us because they cannot. They can't pick sides." Scarlet paused. "If the humans find out, we're all dead.' Now, it was time for questions, feedback.
