DREW ANTHONY HALLOW Male • Taken • Vampire The sky was dark and the streets were lit by the streetlights spaced a couple meters apart. Drews eyes were dark and his expression faint. He was sick of the running, sick of worrying for Ravenna. He just wanted to end it all, or die fighting. Scarlet was beginning to get on his nerves, mental state and haunt him in every dream. Even if he failed to succeed and pull the heart from her very chest, Raven would eventually be strong enough to do it herself. He wasn’t worried for the fact that he could die, he refused to believe it. The rage, terror and annoyance of the entire situation filled his blood and blocked out any incoming thoughts. On a night like tonight, nothing could stop him from his actions. And he wasn’t going to take the time to sneak up on Scarlet and kill her like a trained assassin. No, He was going to walk up to her, call her name and get out all final thoughts bubbling inside before her lifeline was ended. He kept his head down low and his eyes focussing on the road below him. The odd car passed by but the majority of the town fell into a dead silence. The kind of silence that caused his shoes to act as if they were being amplified. The kind of silence that kicking a pebble on the road side could awaken somebody from their slumber.
The night air was crisp and not as warm as it had been in august. The weather now slowly drifting cooler by night. Soon enough, the fog of warm breath in the air would become visible. Drew’s eyes scanned around the neighbourhood. He had known where in the world Scarlet was located, but it wasn’t an exact location. He knew the town, and from there he planned to find her and kill her before sunset. And he planned to do it all while Raven didn’t suspect anything. For her, he was probably out on a hunting trip and being a good little vampire as he tried to be. But tonight wasn’t about trying to be good. This could most certainly be the last night to be good-old Drew. And he was quite looking forward to the fight. Throwing Scarlet down to the ground and spitting insults at her never sounded like a more entertaining night in his entire life. He paused from walking, and looked around for a moment. “Come on out, Scarlet” He muttered under his breath. COMMENTS:

Kathryn listened for footsteps, and she did indeed hear them. She knew that she was going to do something foolish right about them, and faced the wanderer. "Where- the hell- do you think you're going?" Immediately judging him as a magical creature, Kathryn closed her eyes and lit the tree next to him on fire. "Ahem. Don't even think about trying to kill me before I find out what you're after." Kathryn knew that she might be talking to a vampire, but hey, that's what her flame was for. "Okay, honestly, if you're trying to kill Scarlet-" Which, he probably was. Of course, everyone wanted to. "-I might as well help you." She sighed, already coming to a conclusion. Scarlet was not going to kill her kill the witches, nor did she even have the power to do so. The vampire was tricky, and would double-cross Kathryn, for sure. Maybe the Phoenix could forgive her if she did something else, something different for them. She had options in mind, all leading to her eternal freedom. Problem was, which one did she need to choose? Perhaps and alliance could help, and Kathryn could kill Scarlet easily. Ahem, firepower, remember? Kathryn huffed, looking the man over. Perhaps he was good-looking, with his brown hair and blue eyes, but she wouldn't even start to try and get into anyone's life. She didn't need that, didn't want it. She needed freedom, not... ugh- love. It didn't even exist in her mind, so Kathryn didn't see what all the madness was about.

DREW ANTHONY HALLOW Male • Taken • Vampire Once again in the dark, a woman’s voice echoed, distracting him from his plans. Why did there always have to be a distraction? He looked over to see her and was greeted in sort of a rude manner. “I’m- errr..- I honestly don’t know where I’m going. Somewhere!” He rambled, confusing himself. But he wasn’t going to let her distract him for much longer. And one should never cross an angry, determined vampire unless they had a final death wish. “Goodbye.” He said, shaking his head and beginning to walk off again. He saw no point in trying to make conversation when he only had so much time until sun rise. But his feet stopped from walking and his eyes widened at the sight of the tree. Flames engulfed the entire thing, which the woman behind him held control of. She wanted to help kill Scarlet? This could have been some master plan of Scarlet’s having people around the area, or maybe she just really did want her dead. “You?- Want to help me?” He said, raising an eyebrow in confusion.
He approached her and looked her over quickly wondering if he should trust the woman who magically knew what he was doing. “I take it many people come here to try?” He asked, tilting his head back to look up at the stars. The stars always were a comfort, and he named two of the stars after him and Ravenna. A life of immortality never confirmed that you would live forever, and Drew was toying with his luck tonight. But if he did end up getting killed, his memories would forever be written in journals and in the stars. COMMENTS:

"No. But I figured, by your raging state of anger and madness, you've come to kill her. She could only cause that, couldn't she?" She narrowed her eyes, and swiftly put her hair up. "Now, why do I want to kill her, you're wondering?" She smirked, pausing to let him think that she was going to tell him. "That you won't find out, but I'll still help you, vampire." It was clear that he was one, the angry little beast. Afraid of fire, too. It was typical for a vampire. They didn't want to burn, now did they? Kathryn looked around, to make sure they were alone. The witch could only handle one vampire, in case he decided to go and not believe her. "Okay, long story short, I'm Kathryn." She hesitated. "Scarlet is up ahead, alone. I've checked. How about you distract her, pretend her, and then she'll mysteriously burst into flames?" Kathryn laughed. "Doesn't sound that easy to kill Scarlet, but it is. Trust me. And make lots of noise. We don't want her sensing me, now, do we?" She batted her eyelashes. "Feel free to give her a talking to, vampire. Get your anger out. It's for the best anyway." She didn't bother to let him talk until after she said this. Kathryn liked to make the plans, anyway.
It's a shame that nobody notices the distraught girl in the bushes while they are talking.
