The night life in this South American city was certainly a lot for little Colette to absorb. Her big blue eyes looked around in amazement at the hustle and bustle that street lamps lit up. She hadn't traveled at all in her human life and now found the ability of instant travel quiet amusing. She had never been to South America before either, and though she hadn't really thought too much about which city she was in, she decided that she liked it very much. Though, she wasn't sure if she would ever come back to this exact city again. When she had traveled there, she merely had in mind a large, South American city. So she could quite honestly have been anywhere. It was too bad really, considering how much funt his place seemed.
After walking up and down street a few times to get her bearings, the blond girl walked up to a vendor that was selling jewelry of all sorts. It was certainly an impressive collection of handmade necklaces and bracelets. But after a moment or two, she walked away to look at another vendors wares. She didn't intend to buy anything, she was just curious as to what there was. This was certainly turning out to be a lovely adventure! The only thing she thought that could make it better was if she made a friend or two. Oh yes, that would definately make things much much better!

Street vendors gawked at the brown haired beauty as she strode past. But Ravenna didn't even look at them. She couldn't care less about what they thought of her. She was married, and that was that. Ravenna also intended to keep her relationship status. For eternity, if possible. Even saying this, her husband wasn't first on the list of her concerns. Well, yes, he was the most important person she ever knew. But he could almost certainly take care of himself. Ravenna, though, wasn't sure about herself. Scarlet Dare. The name brought a shudder to her body. If only she had never met her. Ravenna wouldn't have had to run all the way to South America. The sadist would never let her rest. Why had she picked this place, anyway? The sun was far too bright for a vampire's liking. Nights were short, and sometimes, the two had to go hungry. That wasn't a good thing, especially not for Drew. He went mad sometimes. Once, he even made a feast out of a lost little girl. Ravenna remembered the day with disgust. But perhaps- ironically- South America was the safest place for them at this time. Scarlet wouldn't think of looking here first. It was stupidly clever, but was it enough to outsmart her pursuer? "I just wish..." Ravenna sighed, unconciously talking aloud. Her voice dropped to a whisper. "I wish I was human again." That was her one desire. She wanted it so badly, but was it even possible? All of the drama was just too much to bear. She wanted a normal life. That was all she had ever wanted, as soon as she died. She didn't want to be a monster. She hated killing people. Not even Drew, her husband, suspected this. He murdered with pleasure, although it went far deeper than that. Perhaps, for him, it was escape. Don't think about this, Raven. You'll give yourself a headache. It was exhausting to worry about these things, but impossible to block out. Ravenna smiled wearily at a nearby vendor. It was almost convincing, until he asked her a question. "Why so sad, senora?" "None of your business!" She immediately snapped, walking away. This was her usual response to curious do-gooders. They couldn't help, but none seemed to realize that. Of course. They aren't vampires. Suddenly, Ravenna felt a strange feeling, one that she usually experienced around magical beings. Something inhuman was nearby. She immediately paled. Don't tell me that it's a vampire. Please don't tell me it's a vampire.
[/size] OOC: I don't know what I just wrote, I'm so tired! I just wanted to reply.

Suddenly, a strange feeling swept over Colette. She looked up from the wares one vendor was selling and looked over her shoulder. Big blue eyes scanned the crowd to no avail. She had this feeling a time or two before when encountering someone who was no longer human. It was certainly a curious feeling to have in an area surrounded by jungle. The thought worried her a bit, certainly whatever non-human being was around could not be a good one. Then again, it was not good to jump to conclusions like that either. There were a lot of people around it seemed; perhaps it was another guardian angel. That would definately be interesting, since she had yet to meet one since becoming one herself.
Colette thanked the vendor for allowing her to look at his wares and then moved back into the crowd, intent on finding out who was there. For a young guardian angel like herself, she always found it interesting to meet new non-humans. She had come across surprisingly few of them in her time back on earth. So far they had all been kind and she hoped whoever this next one was would be the same.
As she made her way through the crowd, she did her best to keep her eyes peeled for whoever this person was. But her small size made it easy for the crowds to push her about, thus making the search more difficult. However, after a few minutes of searching, her eyes found another woman, standing in the crowd. The feeling Colette had earlier immediately intensified, though this time it was accompanied by a not so good feeling. She was hesitant to move forward and approach her, but decided it would be bad to pre-judge someone based on a feeling.
Slowly, the small girl moved forward, big blue eyes looking up at her. She was unsure what non-human creature this woman was, and she was not about to put herself into a bad situation. When the woman noticed her, she waved a little, as an acknowledgement of what they both would know. She wondered if this woman could tell what she was. She didn't know if anything about her yelled out guardian angel, she had never thought to ask anyone. It certainly would be interesting to find out.

WORK IN PROGRESS: Will repost later
Ravenna's eyes locked on a small blonde girl. She was waving, and Ravenna felt that she was the one that wasn't human. The vampire almost laughed aloud. What harm, really, could a little magical girl bring to her? The girl almost had an angelic look about her. Blonde hair, blue eyes, innocent face. Ravenna couldn't tell what kind of creature she was, but her mind thought the obvious. Angel. It was surprising, really. She had never met an angel before, but maybe the girl's looks were just decieving her. Ravenna didn't even know if angels existed. Still, she was curious to meet one. She took a couple of careful steps forward, and looked the girl in the eye. There was no need to be mysterious, or cryptic. She would just come out and ask."What are you, little girl?" Ravenna asked simply. Nobody heard, but it wouldn't have mattered anyway. Hardly anyone spoke English in Argentina.
